David Zaring, Associate Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics, and Peter Conti-Brown, Assistant Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics, are the faculty members responsible for leading the Financial Regulation Pillar in the Carol and Lawrence Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research.
With support from other research centers at The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, including Wharton’s Financial Institutions Center, the Zicklin Center actively supports Wharton faculty and graduate students, as well as other scholarly partners on research projects that explore underlying issues at the intersection of finance, law, politics, and history.
The centerpiece of this support is the annual Wharton Conference on Financial Regulation, a conference each spring that brings
together scholars, practitioners, and policy makers to discuss the leading issues in financial regulation.
